Day 3 ~ Family and A Birthday Celebration

We had planned to spend a portion of Tuesday visiting with my grandma and aunts.  When we woke to find grey skies and a forecast for rain, we knew we had made the right decision.  Gray was dying to hit the pool, so I took the kids for a short swim and then we headed off to see Great Grandma Katie, Aunt Karen, and Aunt Kathy.

Since they weren't going to be able to spend his birthday with him, Aunt Karen and Grandma Katie had a birthday cake all ready for Grayson.

Scarlett enjoyed the cake, too.

My kids both love dogs, and couldn't get enough of Renny.

We also had a surprise visit from Uncle Pat, who managed to get a high five out of Scarlett.

I somehow managed to wrangle the kids for a quick picture with Great Grandma Katie before heading back to the beach house.
