Seeing as how I have to rejoin the world of the gainfully employed next week, I thought I should start trying to get myself back on some sort of schedule this week. Yesterday I managed to get myself out of bed by 6:15, and was showered and dressed by 7. The day was fairly productive and I somehow managed to get 2 loads of laundry done, enough chicken breasts baked to get me through the week, and even baked some banana bread with Grayson. All this in addition to trying to keep up with my children. And trying to keep up with the messes that seem to appear in their wake, which I think I am failing at miserably, but I digress.
When my alarm went off at 6:15 this morning, I quickly turned it off and stood there trying to decide if I really felt like starting my day. I had the thought that I won't have a problem getting up this early next week because then I won't have a choice, and once I noticed Scarlett stirring I allowed myself to climb back into bed for some more rest while Scarlett nursed. I managed to doze for all of 25 minutes at which point Scarlett decided to keep me in check and spit-up ALL over me and the bed. Needless to say, I was up by 7 anyways and Scarlett and I were both dressed by 7:30. I've managed to keep myself going so far (though I am craving a nap like you wouldn't believe), but am actually enjoying having a little more of a routine to my days. By next week this should be a piece of cake, right?

I'm sure things will start falling back into place by next week and the schedule won't be as bad since your starting now. I can't believe it's time already! I hope things continue going well for you guys! (Maybe Scarlett won't have to wake you up with spitup tommorow!)
Sure thing. Just keep telling yourself that.... LOL (J/k of course! You'll do great next week if I keep you off the phone!)
Time has gone by so fast! I can't believe it's that time already. I say if you have yourself dressed by 7:30 you are on the right track!
