Note To Self

Just because you are eating healthy meals and watching your portion sizes does not mean that you can eat your weight in ice cream and chocolate covered peanuts and raisins when you finally manage to get both children to sleep at the same time. Oddly enough, this will only lead to the numbers on the scale going up instead of down.

Are you sure? I think that the task of getting both to bed, burns enough calories to warrant at least a bowl of ice cream as big as your head. I'm just sayin'

That sounds just like me, I do fine during meal time, but for some reason when the kids go down for nap, I raid the cabinets! It is so hard to get it under control!

Hmmmm...is that it? Perhaps that is why eating my weight in Choc Chunk ice cream with caramel sauce during nap time this week has made my scale come down with the same issue. I mean, come "up" with the same issue ;)
