S'more Peas!

So I've really been wanting to make s'mores for like, the past month. But with only a gas grill and a fire pit that my wonderful husband refuses to break out of the box, I wasn't quite sure how to proceed. Yes, I figured we could just make them in the microwave, but I just didn't think it would be the same.

Well, we finally broke down and tried it tonight, and the end result was a gooey, sticky, delicious mess that made for a very fun family moment. :) I wish that I had pictures to post, but Nate and I were such mess that there was no way either one of us was picking up the camera. It took a lot of convincing to get Gray to actually try a bite, but once he did there was no turning back! He was so funny with strings of marshmallow everywhere, and kept asking for "smore s'mores, pease!" It really was a good time had by all.

On another note, we had Grayson's 2-yr pics taken today (finally), and my little man was AWESOME!! It took a couple of pictures to get him warmed up, but after that he was so good and so cooperative! I'm sure it helped that the "props" used were a baseball and bat, but I am not complaining. ;)
