Scarlett At 7 Months

My baby girl turned 7 months old yesterday, and is somehow that much closer to being a year old. In the past month she has figured out how to sit up all by herself, wave, is this close to crawling, and has even pulled herself up to a standing position a couple of times. Scarlett is still a total chatterbox and continues to add more and more sounds to her vocabulary. She has tried a couple new foods, and still loves her veggies. Fruit on the other hand is a little different, and I only manage to get a few bites in her mouth before she gets upset by having to eat it. Sleep continues to go well, for which I am thankful, and I love hearing Scarlett chatter in the morning when she wakes up. I love this age and the fact that it brings something new every day. I am so excited for the next few months to see Scarlett continue to grow and take in the world around her.

Here's a small peek at my growing girl.

This is amazing! How quickly she is growing. What a great big brother, right there to assist when she needs help or affirmation.

It's like she has the world - and her brother - at her fingertips!
